2. Go To Privacy & Security
3. Go To Contacts
4. Tap On Telegram
5. Select how you want to show your account to others.
So guys you will see here three options first one is none which means if you want to select this so no one can see your account people who are in your contact list. if you want to select limited access which means if you want to show your telegram account to people you want to show your account and finally the full access which means if you want to select this option anyone from your contacts will able to see your account on telegram.
